Process

Six phases, one building. Every phase produces something you can review, approve or push back on — drawings, samples, QC photos, packing lists — before the next one starts.

Phase 1

Engineering Review

We turn drawings, renders and design intent into buildable structures, checking tolerances, lighting access, joints, freight logic and installation flow before any material is cut.

Phase 2

Sampling + Finish

We make finish samples and prototypes so color, texture, scale and detail can be approved before batch production.

Phase 3

Batch Production

Metal, timber, acrylic, resin, stone, lighting and mixed-material work move through controlled production stages across the Qingyuan factory and Yunfu stone workshop.

Phase 4

Quality Control

Finished displays are inspected against approved samples and drawings, with photo records of finish, structure and assembly for overseas review.

Phase 5

Export Packing

Displays are numbered, protected and crated for international freight, planned around unpacking sequence and store install rather than only surviving the journey. Shipments move under the factory's own goods and technology import–export licence.

Anyone can show you a finished store.
So each pair here is our own workshop shot against the installed result — same panel, same seam, same finish. We picked the pieces where a drawing and a factory usually stop agreeing.

OMEGA — Beijing 2022 Countdown ClockThe clock for the Beijing 2022 Winter Games — a welded steel frame, panelled into its faceted shell on our floor, then lit on Wangfujing as OMEGA's Official Timekeeper piece.

Why it matters

A retail display exists for one commercial moment — a launch, a campaign, a store opening. Everything we do is judged against whether that moment lands cleanly.

Ready for the shop floor, not just the approval photo.
Displays are engineered for freight, unpacking, install and daily retail use — not only for the render or the sample table.

Freight is part of the product.
Numbered parts, protective crating and unpack-in-sequence packing so the install team on site is not solving problems your factory already knew about.

A rollout is only as good as its worst unit.
Batch QC against approved samples, with photographic records, so a twenty-store rollout does not become twenty different displays.

Reuse before rebuild.
When structure, stock material or repeatable modules can carry a new campaign, we say so — before quoting a full new build.
